Susanne Botzenhart’s training concept combines the best of the worlds of sports physiotherapy, yoga and Pilates. Mindful interaction with the body takes centre stage. It is a mixture of strength, flexibility and balance, in which great emphasis is placed on training the deep, stabilising muscles. The exercises are performed in the flow of the breath, which also offers a beneficial relaxation for the mind. “physyolates” is both gentle, but also powerful and challenging – your own limits are sought, found and mindfully expanded.
