Training with 1:1 support, in which a personalised plan is developed according to your health status, your wishes, needs and goals, an individual plan is based on the latest findings and training methods. The training can be carried out in my practice in Munich, at your home or outside.

TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING
During sport and daily activities, we move in several planes of movement simultaneously; with sling or suspension training, we can train as we live. Unlike sitting down and training one level at a time or isolating one muscle at a time, as most of the machines in the gyms do.
Suspension training methods are specifically aimed at shifting the body’s centre of gravity, which engages the core muscles during each exercise. When you perform hanging TRX chest presses, rows, lunges, push-ups with crunches or even bicep curls, your entire core is used in a truly functional way to keep your body balanced.
